SERVICES
Services include personal growth and prosperity coaching/ holistic counseling in person or by phone. Coaching/holistic counseling, which is not advice or psychotherapy, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life, relationships, or profession.
Alternately, personal growth and prosperity coaching/holistic counseling may include using some brief simple
techniques for healing old emotional trauma and any other negative emotional
"baggage" that is keeping you stuck.
Other personal growth and prosperity coaching/holistic counseling services include value clarification, brainstorming,
identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating in life,
asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
Throughout the working relationship, I engage in direct and personal conversations. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. You are always free to reject any advice, suggestions, or requests made by me at any time.
CONFIDENTIALITY
I promise that information provided to me
will be treated as confidential.
SESSION LENGTH and FREQUENCY Forty-five minute
weekly sessions
are usual. This allows enough time
for personal growth and prosperity coaching/ holistic counseling, review, planning, and also some mini
block busting for
Abundance work. (See my
Personal Growth and Prosperity
Coaching/Holistic Counseling Toolbox.)
Especially popular are double
sessions (two 45-minute sessions back-to-back or ninety minutes total).
Sometimes a client will want a double session every other week, and
sometimes a client will want a double session weekly.
Twice as much work can be
accomplished in a double session and the overall time for completing the
course of personal growth and prosperity coaching/holistic counseling can be cut in half.
I am open to discussion and
negotiation for following whatever program or combination of programs works
best for you. Let's talk about it!
AFFORDABLE FEES
Monthly
coaching fees can range from $150
to $750 (plus)†. This is dependent on the
number and length of sessions desired. This can be calculated based on
$150 for the first 45-minutes and $50 per 15 minutes thereafter. Therefore,
a 45-minute session would cost $150, a one hour session would be $200, and
so on.
PAYMENT OPTIONS Because
I offer flexibility,
fees may be paid monthly in advance if sessions are by phone, or if we are meeting
in person, they may be paid at the time of each session. Please ask
me about paying for individual phone sessions in advance, if you need
to do it that way.
In
addition to cash, I accept checks, money orders, traveler's checks,
and cashier's checks in person or by mail.
I also honor electronic checks, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal--see
below.
