regardless of any fee increases over time, your original $150 per 45-minute session fee/minimum
of three sessions per month, paid individually or collectively in advance (if by phone), will be honored

severe or acute personality disorder, quality of life improvement may occur
from our work; however, using the strategies and tools I teach you for

SERVICES
Services include Life Coaching & Holistic
Counseling in person or by
phone. Coaching & Holistic Counseling, which is not advice or psychotherapy, may address specific
personal issues, projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life,
relationships, or profession.
Alternately, Life Coaching & Holistic Counseling may include using some brief simple
techniques for healing old emotional trauma and any other negative emotional
"baggage" that is keeping you stuck.
Other Life Coaching & Holistic Counseling services include value clarification, brainstorming,
identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating in life,
asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
Throughout the working relationship, I
engage in direct and personal conversations. You can count on me to be
honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. You are
always free to reject any advice, suggestions, or requests made by me at any
time without judgment.
SESSION LENGTH and FREQUENCY
Forty-five minute
weekly sessions
are usual. This allows some time
for Life Coaching & Holistic Counseling, review and planning.
Especially popular are double
sessions (two 45-minute sessions back-to-back or ninety minutes total).
Sometimes a client will want a double session every other week, and
sometimes a client will want a double session weekly.
Twice as much work can be
accomplished in a double session and the overall time for completing the
course of Life Coaching & Holistic Counseling can be cut in half when
meeting weekly.
I am open to discussion and
negotiation for following whatever program or combination of programs works
best for you. Let's talk about it!
ATTENTION: The following package deals are temporarily suspended. New spaces
will be opened as reduced fee clients complete the course of their healing.
FEES MADE AFFORDABLE:
Reduced Rates
Special package deals
are available with advance
purchase and a multiple session commitment. This sliding scale option
is designed for those
with limited finances and are based on the honor system.
For instance, if you can afford to pay in full ($150
per 45-minute session), then
that should be your choice. That way, someone else in a lower income
bracket such as a financially struggling student, a senior on a fixed
income, or a person in a low level job can
also get the help they need at a reduced rate that is affordable for
them.
Only 20% of my practice is
reserved for reduced rate clients. Please clear it with me before making
a final reduced fee selection as my reduced fee quota may be currently filled
at the moment.

Pay for ten 45-minute sessions
in advance and the total cost is only $1,000. This is a total
savings of $500 or a cost of only $100 per session.†

Pay for five 45-minute sessions
in advance and the total cost is only $625. This is a total
savings of $125 or a cost of only $125 per session.†
Conditions:

These package deals are based on
scheduling, keeping and paying for a minimum of one session per week or a double
session every other week unless other
special arrangements are made with me in advance.

If you fail to honor these
conditions, the cost reverts to $150 per session and any balance
will be deducted from whatever fees you have on account with me.
If there is an unpaid balance remaining, you will be
responsible for paying it in full.

You may pay through PayPal††,
electronic funds transfer, pay with cash, or by check.
By
clearing it with me first, If
paying by check, you may write one check for each session in your
package in advance, and date them individually to correspond with the
time of each scheduled appointment.
I will hold each unused check until the day of your session.
If you pay the full amount of all of the sessions at
once on one check, then I will deposit the check on the day of the first
session in your package.

If an interruption of services occurs resulting in
permanent termination, any remaining
funds will be held as a credit toward resuming Life Coaching & Holistic Counseling
within 90 days or three months of stopping.
There are no refunds;
however, you may transfer any credit for unused sessions to another
person that I have approved.

If making your payment through PayPal for the above
advance purchase specials, the 5% (five%) handling fee applies (see below).††
In addition,
when using PayPal
or other electronic fund transfer service, the complete fee for your
selected plan must be paid
in advance.

selection, sign it and submit it to me for approval.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Because
I offer flexibility,
fees need to be received by me 24-hours in advance if sessions are by phone.
If we are meeting
in person, they are to be paid either in advance or at the time of each session.
I do not carry accounts; however, I am willing to hold a check for a
brief period of time if you discuss it with me in advance of your
session.
In
addition to cash, I accept checks, money orders, traveler's checks, and
cashier's checks in person or by mail.
I also honor electronic checks, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal--see
below. ††
NOTE: If
payment is by electronic check or fund transfer, most
financial institutions take 3 to 5 business days to complete the
transfer. That means that you will need to initiate the process
well ahead of your scheduled session so it is received by me within 24
hours ahead of time.
You can use your credit card to pay
for services via PayPal.
If you wish to pay my fee by check through PayPal, you must set up an
account in advance. PayPal will need to verify your checking account.
This will take a few days.
If you are
not already a PayPal customer,
you may wish to consider signing up with PayPal--it's
fast, free and secure for convenience, and to expedite your
payments.
If you want to pay with your credit card and you do not wish to sign

I
will generate a PayPal invoice sent to your email. You will then be able to
pay your fee through the PayPal invoice easily with a credit card without
becoming a PayPal customer simply by following the
instructions in the email. There will be a 5% handling fee added to the
invoiced amount.

charges a transaction fee that is deducted from the total amount you
send to me. Therefore, I request that you add an additional 5% to the
total you are paying to offset this deduction so that I receive my
fee in full.
For
example, if you are charging $99 on your credit or debit card, you would pay $103.95; to charge $100, you would pay $105; to charge $150, you would pay
$157.50;
to charge $1,000, you would pay $1,050, and so
forth.
Put another way, when entering the amount on the
PayPal form, please include the handling fee in the total amount of your
payment. Thanks.
TIP:
You can avoid
these handling fees by mailing a check or money order to me that is sufficiently in
advance of our scheduled session.

I promise that information provided to me will be treated
as confidential unless you sign an "Authorization for Exchange of
Information" form.
This form allows you to specify what information you would
like to have shared with another professional such as with a concurrently
treating psychiatrist or other health care practitioner who may be part of your health care
team.
The exception
to this are circumstances where there is clear and imminent danger to you,
to others, or to society. Then, disclosures of information to the
appropriate authorities are usually restricted to only what are necessary
and relevant.
